LDI 2018

Ted is a New York based designer, programmer, and electrician originally from Iowa City Iowa. He received his B.A. in Theatre Arts from the University of Iowa in 2018. His studies there focused on new play production in lighting and projection design. In addition to design, Ted also worked as a production assistant at the Coralville Center for the Performing Arts. At the University of Iowa he worked as an electrician for the Theatre, Opera, and Dance departments. After college, Ted continued his education by designing, programming, and serving as a master electrician at the Williamstown Theatre Festival. Ted received the 2017 United States Vectorworks Entertainment Design Scholarship and was also named an Entertainment finalist for the Vectorworks Richard Diehl Award.
